17th Training Wing Quarterly Award winners Published July 26, 2011 GOODFELLOW AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- -- The 2011 second quarter 17th Training Wing Quarterly Awards Ceremony was held July 26 at the Event Center. The event recognized servicemembers, civilians and units of all branches here who have distinguished themselves through personal and professional achievements. Col. Mark Damiano, 17th TRW Commander, and Chief Master Sgt. Quinton Otto, 17th Mission Support Group Superintendent, presented winners and units in each category with their awards. 17th Training Wing Award winners not pictured are: Civilian of the Quarter Category II: John S.
