17th Training Wing fourth quarter award winners Published Jan. 25, 2011 GOODFELLOW AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- The 2010 fourth quarter 17th Training Wing Quarterly Awards Ceremony was held Tuesday at the Event Center. The event recognized servicemembers, civilians and units of all branches here who have distinguished themselves through personal and professional achievements. Col. David Rearick, 17th TRW Vice Commander, and Chief Master Sergeant Brendan Criswell, 17th TRW Command Chief, presented winners and units in each category with their awards. Not pictured is the 17th Training Wing Company Grade Officer of the Quarter - Capt. Yvette Cruz, 517th Training Group; Civilian Supervisor of the Quarter Category I - Ted Haviland, 17th Mission Support Group; Volunteer of the Quarter - Staff Sgt.
