17th Training Wing Quarterly Award winners Published Oct. 26, 2010 GOODFELLOW AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- The 2010 third quarter 17th Training Wing Quarterly Awards Ceremony was held Oct. 26 at the Event Center. The event recognized servicemembers, civilians and units of all branches here who have distinguished themselves through personal and professional achievements. Col. David Rearick, 17th Training Wing vice commander, and Chief Master Sgt. Brendan Criswell, 17th TRW Command Chief, presented winners and units in each category with their awards. Not pictured: Civilian of the Quarter Supervisor Category I, Steven Workoff, 17th Training Group; Civilian of the Quarter Category I, Walter Weber, 17th Mission Support Group; Company Grade Officer of the Quarter, Capt.
