Survey geared to improve base housing

Every year about this time, residents of The Landings at Goodfellow get the opportunity to share their experiences and comments about housing with the annual CEL & Associates housing survey.

The CEL survey allows residents to grade The Landings at Goodfellow on management, landscaping, maintenance, customer service, security and more. This information is crucial to the success of the community as it gives valuable feedback allowing us to gauge where we are and where we need to be heading to improve the quality of living for our residents. A score of five is the best mark on the survey and we are looking to earn a "high five."

The survey is conducted and processed by an independent third-party company and will be delivered to each resident the first part of October. Sealed and completed surveys along with the prize drawing entry form can be brought to The Landings at Goodfellow community center office. The grand prize is one months' free rent. Additional prizes include one $500 gift card, two $200 gift cards and two $100 gift cards. The first 50 residents who turn in their survey at the community center will be eligible for an early bird drawing for a prize of $100. All winners will be announced in December.

There have been many positive changes that came about as a result of last year's feedback. Among these are improved follow up and resident communications and the new Resident Activity Program which has spawned popular events such as Taco Tuesday, movie night, Back to School Bash, Flower Power in the Park and an annual pool party. In addition, we've implemented One Call Now, our emergency and routine messaging system that delivers up-to-date automated phone calls and electronic messages within minutes. The Landings' upgraded Web site and the recent Facebook page are other features that continue to rise in popularity.

The Landings at Goodfellow is committed to ensuring our residents' voices are heard, and their thoughts and suggestions are implemented while improving customer service, maintenance and resident satisfaction.

As a team, we want to thank our residents in advance for their feedback, we are aware that without our residents' support, we cannot be successful.
