In the days of our forefathers' military, members who had a problem were told to toughen up and sent on their way. If it was a negative event, there were repercussions on top of embarrassment. Talking to someone about stress, alcoholism or anything effecting members, were looked at as a weakness. Lessons learned over time have lead to the creation of helping hands in many areas of expertise.

Our forefathers endured tough times without the resources that are available for today's military members. Goodfellow members can even call for assistance when they're on- or off-duty.

Airmen at all levels have a role as wingmen. Friends, family and co-workers all depend on each other even though it may not be openly expressed. The military lifestyle forces members to accept co-workers leaving whether it's to a new duty station or work area, a deployment, retirement or even someone taking leave. Their absence creates a hole because people either miss them, that comfortable consistency or just the random conversations.

Listed below are resources that can be used for assistance, advice and support at all levels.
