The Goodfellow Joint Service Color Guard presents the Colors during the 23rd Annual July 3rd Pops Concert at the San Angelo River Stage. Members from the 17th Training Group also participated in this year's event by marching in formation bearing each of the 50 state flags, honoring our past and present military members. Col.
