AF announces selection for technical sergeants Published June 18, 2010 By 17th Training Wing Public Affairs Office GOODFELLOW AIR FORCE BASE -- The technical sergeant promotion list was released June 17 with 73 staff sergeants from Goodfellow and the geographically separated units assigned to Goodfellow making the list. Out of the 37,185 eligible staff sergeants Air Force wide, 7,752 were selected for promotion. This year's promotion rate was 20.85 percent.
