E-Life, Equipping for life Published Feb. 10, 2010 By 17th Training Wing/Chapel GOODFELLOW AFB, Texas -- As a Christian have you ever taken the time to ask yourself if it is right to take a life? Ever wondered if a Christian should participate when a nation goes to war? Or...how does a Christian cope with the myriad of temptations and stress of military service? The e-life service addresses these questions and many more in a fun, informative, and interactive format. Typically three different interactive formats are used: 1. Teaching - The Chaplains teach relevant, insightful, and interactive messages from scripture that connect with the military culture. 2. Testimonies - Active Duty, Guard, Reserve, and the Retires share how they lived out a Christian life while serving in the military. All conclude with an interactive Q & A session. 3. Powerful and relevant multi-media from top speakers which address issues that the military member face. Interactive discussion time always follow.
