D'Errico 17th Training Wing Public Affairs GOODFELLOW AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- The 17th Civil Engineer Squadron conducted a change of command ceremony at the Goodfellow Fire Department, June 13. The 17th CES welcomed incoming commander, Maj. Levi Beard, and thanked the outgoing commander, Lt. Col Joshua Carroll, for his hard work and dedication to the 17th Training Wing. 17th CES welcomes Maj. Beard U.S. Air Force Maj.
