Childs, 315th Training Squadron flight chief and Top 3 president, presented Staff Sgt. Anton V. Auster, 316th Training Squadron military training leader, with the Top 3 Leadership Award at the 316th TRS dormitories March 11. Top 3 presents the leadership award on a monthly basis to highlight leadership excellence in the enlisted ranks.
