McFarlane 17th Training Wing Public Affairs GOODFELLOW AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- Ema, 17th Security Forces Squadron military working dog, and Staff Sgt. Tyler D. Wiseman, 17th SFS MWD handler, completed Ema's recertification training Oct. 30. Annual recertification ensures explosive and narcotic detection dogs are ready to protect the safety of the base and its personnel. During the training Ema found the three training aids place inside and around a CH-53A Sea Stallion helicopter. The 17th Mission Support Group Commander administered the recertification process and Ema received a perfect score.
