San Angelo hosts Veterans Day Parade Nov. 8 Published Oct. 29, 2014 17th Training Wing Public Affairs GOODFELLOW AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- The Tom Green County All Veterans Council is sponsoring the 11th Annual San Angelo Veterans Day parade in downtown San Angelo 11 a.m. Nov. 8. Team Goodfellow will have approximately 500 participants marching, or riding on vehicles or floats. Buses will begin personnel transport from Crossroads to downtown at 9 a.m. All participants need to be in place at the corner of South Randolph Street West Concho Avenue by 10 a.m. Water and snacks will be available before the parade. All marching members must be in service dress. At 11 a.m. the parade kicks off and will end around noon, with transportation back to base starting shortly after.
