ON-LINE APPOINTMENTS FOR MPS CUSTOMER SERVICE

Customers can now make on-line appointments for the Military Personnel Section Customer Service for CAC & ID Cards. The appointment scheduler is located at https://rapids-appointments.dmdc.osd.mil. The hyperlink is also located on the Goodfellow home page under featured links.

Appointments are in 30-minute sessions and each session can accommodate up to one CAC or two family member/retiree ID cards. Customers needing more time, such as one CAC and one family member card, should schedule back-to-back multiple sessions. Walk-in service will still be provided; however, appointments receive priority service. For more information, call DSN 477-1801 or commercial 325-654-1801.
