GOODFELLOW AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- The Top 3 hosted a Senior NCO Induction Ceremony recognizing 19 technical sergeants with line numbers for master sergeant at the Event Center here June 13.

Before these individuals claimed the honor of being in the top enlisted tier, they completed the annual SNCO Orientation Course here, learning from seasoned SNCOs about the challenges ahead of them and what it takes to be successful.
