315th TRS Change of Command

GOODFELLOW AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- Col. Brendan Harris, 17th Training Group Commander, passes the 315th Training Squadron guidon to the incoming commander, Lt. Col. Caeli Hull, during the Change of Command ceremony, July 17. The change of command ceremony is steeped in tradition and allows units to witness the formal command transfer from one officer to another.
