Hamrick Jr., 17th Training Wing Vice Commander, presented Angelo State University Air Force ROTC Detachment 847 with the 2015 Right of Line Award at Angelo State University, San Angelo, Texas, Nov. 18. The award recognizes the best Air Force ROTC detachment in the U.S. based on education, cadet’s activities, community service and more. “Our AS 200s, AS 300s, and our AS 400s, these are the ones that have been here the longest and are about to commission,” said Lt. Col. Scott M. Partin, Angelo State University Department Head and professor of Aerospace Studies. “These are the ones that deserve this award.”
