Buck, Concho Valley Workforce Development Board executive director, joined Thomas A. Baker Jr., 17th Force Support Squadron deputy director, at the SAISD administrative building to sign Memorandums of Understanding, Jan. 25. The MOUs established partnerships between Goodfellow Air Force Base and the San Angelo Community on the student sponsorship program Help a New Kid Succeed and a program for family child care providers.
