Goodfellow signs MOU with Howard College Published Feb. 4, 2016 By Airman 1st Class Caelynn Ferguson 17th Training Wing Public Affairs SAN ANGELO, Texas -- Goodfellow Air Force Base’s 17th Force Support Squadron Airman and Family Services Flight signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Howard College and Concho Valley Workforce Development Board to train Goodfellow child and youth program employees and CVWDB childcare providers at Howard College, Feb. 2.“We are bringing training to them at a very minimal cost with wonderful education,” said Jamie Rainey, Howard College executive director. “We have such good partners with Goodfellow and their curriculum and what they provide. It’s a win-win for everyone, so we are extremely pleased to have this partnership.”This new partnership will be the third MOU signed with CVWDB and Howard College, said Sally A. Fuller, Airman and Family Services Flight Chief.
