McFarlane 17th Training Wing Public Affairs GOODFELLOW AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- The 17th Training Wing recognized the top Airmen and civilians of the quarter during the 17th TRW Quarterly Awards Ceremony at the Event Center April 29. The event honored outstanding professionals for their significant contributions to the wing, community and mission in 11 categories. Col. Michael L. Downs, 17th TRW Commander, and Chief Master Sgt. Jesus Longoria, 312th Training Squadron superintendent, presented the awards.
