Are you tired of staring at the walls or listening to the kids say, "I'm bored"? Having a hard time finding something to do to beat the heat?

Maybe you're just looking for a good way to let off some steam after a day at the office. Your one-stop shop for summertime fun is Goodfellow's Outdoor Recreation Center. ODR will point you in the right direction for your ideal outdoor adventure.

Get out of that mundane routine and talk to the folks at ODR. Sign up for an organized trip or let the staff help you set up your very own excursion. They organize and personally tailor adventures including horseback riding, canoeing, kayaking, camping, hiking, water sports camps and sailing. The ODR staff will set you up with all that you need to have the time of your life, from tools, equipment, maps, G.P.S. and park information to plan your next outdoor adventure. They also carry safety equipment to ensure you stick around long enough to come back again.

With the rising temperatures, head out to the Recreation Camp on Lake Nasworthy where you will find various water activities to help you cool off. They offer fishing, swimming, boating and more, and provide the necessary equipment.

Just getting outside, for some fresh air and sunshine is a great way to take your mind off of the daily grind. ODR has many opportunities for family or unit fun.

"Another great way to get outdoors is paintball," said Damon McDurmitt, Equipment Rental manager. "Not too many people know about paintball. Look at the 'Goodtimes' magazine that comes out monthly for recreational information and upcoming trips."
