GOODFELLOW AIR FORCE BASE, Texas –Chief Master Sgt. Robert Frank, Air Force first sergeant special duty manager, gives Airman 1st Class Laura Gripp, 316th Training Squadron student, a $10 Army and Air Force Exchange Service gift card at the Western Winds Dining Facility here, Feb. 19.
