Marines help community observe Red Ribbon Week
GOODFELLOW AIR FORCE BASE, Texas - Marine Staff Sgt. Samuel Castro, Marine Corps Detachment, gives a speech about the significance of Red Ribbon Week during an observance Sept. 29 at the San Angelo Coliseum.
