Wanted: Military Training Leaders
GOODFELLOW AIR FORCE BASE, Texas - Tech. Sgt. David Alonso, 315th Training Squadron Military Training Leader, pulls an Air Education and Training Command Form 341 from an Airman during physical training Sept 20. The AETC Form 341, known as a 341, is used to recognize exceptional performance or discrepancies. MTL’s are a key part of an Airman’s military training. The Air AETC Special Duty Team visited Goodfellow Tuesday and spoke about special duty an Air Force Recruiter, Military Training Instructor and Military Training Leader.
