Marine Corp Detachment: Capt. Douglas March takes command.
Capt. Douglas March, Marine Corps Detachment Commanding Officer, accepted command from former Commanding Officer Capt. Henry Billings, July 1. Capt. March was stationed at Fort Meade, Md, Marine Cryptologic Support Battalion. Capt. Billings will report to the Commanding General Marine Corps Combat Development Command, Quantico, Va, for training and attendance of Expeditionary Warfare School, followed by attendance of the Marine Air Ground Task Force Intelligence Officers Course at the Navy and Marine Corps Intelligence Training Center, Dam Neck, Va.
