GOODFELLOW AIR FORCE BASE, Texas – Garland Freeze gives a speech on the legacy of Martin Luther King Jr. during The March on Goodfellow Air Force Base at the Taylor Chapel, Jan. 16. Freeze is a retired Army Chief Warrant Officer 3. Freeze is involved in the local community, being the president of the San Angelo NAACP, a lifetime member of the Disabled American Veterans, Concho Valley Workforce Development Board member and is on the San Angelo Chief of Police Challenge Panel.
