Blood, Sweat and Stairs
U.S. Army Sgt. Juana Santos, 344th Military Intelligence Battalion supply sergeant, scales a set of stairs at the Louis F. Garland Department of Defense Fire Academy on Goodfellow Air Force Base, Texas, during the 3rd Annual Blood, Sweat and Stairs competition, Oct. 15, 2016. During the competition, contestants had to climb the stairs of several training buildings on the fire training pad. The competition is held each year to honor the first responders of 9/11, however the 312th TRS rescheduled it this year due to bad weather.
