U.S. Air Force Col. Andres Nazario, 17th Training Wing commander, presents Special Agent, Kyle Carter, with The Air Force Commendation Medal on Goodfellow Air Force Base, Texas, Oct. 9, 2019, for his acts of courage in providing first aid to victims of a stabbing at a local nightclub Sept. 12, 2019. Carter provided immediate first aid to the victims and briefed paramedics of the incident before the victims were transported to a local hospital.
