Colonel Tony England, 17th Mission Support Group commander, announces renewed access for retirees and their dependents for shopping at the Commissary and Base Exchange. It is effective on Wednesday, May 20th from 1 to 7 p.m. This change also applies to Veteran ID card (VIC) holders.
