Military and Family Life Counselors (MFLC) are licensed professionals who provide situational, problem-solving counseling anonymously and confidentially. No written records are kept, and it is free to military and their family members. MFLCS can assist with life skills (relationship conflicts, parenting skills and more) as well as, with military lifestyle (deployment stress, relocation adjustment and more). Commanders and Units as well as Service Members and their Families can request a consultation.
Benefits of hosting a consultation: • Provide informal easy to access information. • Outreach to families and service members that are geographically dispersed such as National Guard & Reserve families. • Conduct individual or group coaching and training sessions that address particular needs.
