  • Event Center hosts prayer luncheon

    Team Goodfellow and the local community came together for prayer, food and testimonials during the National Prayer Luncheon at the Event Center, March 15.The luncheon featured prayers from base leaders and gave individuals a chance for spiritual connection.Guest speaker Chaplain (Maj.   • radKIDs teaches protection methods

    The Goodfellow Youth Center hosted a radKIDs program at the Youth Center March 13 to 17.During the course, children learned to deal with strangers, how to defend themselves and other safety techniques.

  • Base breaks ground on TLF

    The base broke ground today on a new temporary lodging facility near the base theater March 20.The new TLF will provide 10, two-bedroom units for transient personnel and replace the 30-year-old units.Completion of the TLF is expected in 18 months.

  • St. Patrick’s Day fun-run

    The 17th Force Support Squadron hosted a St. Patrick’s Day fun-run, a 5 kilometer run spanning from the Event Center to the flight line March 17.The run welcomed all base members to participate.“I didn’t expect it to be so hot,” said Airman 1st Class Bretta Jones, 316th Training Squadron student.
