Goodfellow opens new Coffee Shop

Goodfellow Air Force Base officially opened a new coffee shop Jan. 13, across from the Base Exchange and Mathis Fitness Center.The coffee shop opened due to popular demand from service members and civilians. The shop features various food options including sandwiches and Mexican cuisine.

315th TRS opens Heritage Hall

The 315th Training Squadron held a ribbon cutting ceremony for the opening of Heritage Hall in Di Tommaso Hall Jan. 6.Four previous unit commanders joined Lt. Col. Kenneth Stremmel, 315th TRS Commander, and unit members for the ceremony.

17th TRG bolts in 2017

The 17th Training Group hosted a formation run at the flightline Jan. 3.Around 2,000 Goodfellow members from the 17th TRG, 17th Training Support Squadron and 344th Military Intelligence Battalion came together to run 1.8 miles in celebration of the new year and increase inter service cooperation.
