Construction changes Jacobson Gate traffic plan Feb. 27-April 1

Kearney Boulevard between Valient Street and Jacobson Gate will be closed Feb. 27 - April a to install new barriers.  During this time, gate hours and traffic flow will be altered (download HighRes photo).Jacobson Gate will only be open from 6 a.m.-6 p.m.  It will be closed weekends and holidays.
