Garland Department of Defense Fire Academy high bay Jan. 12, 2007. Decal installers Perry Dominguez (wearing baseball cap) and Carlos Carillo stand in the background. The decal is of the official emblem for Fire & Emergency Services under the Department of Defense. The decal has a radius of 25 feet.
