July 25, 2023 312th TRS flag retirement ceremony The 312th Training Squadron hosted a flag retirement ceremony presented by Elks Lodge 1880 and American Legion Post 572 at the Louis F. Garland Department of Defense Fire Academy, July 21. The ceremony honored the retired flags and gave attendees the opportunity to dispose of them properly.
