GOODFELLOW FOREIGN NATIONAL VISITATION POLICY Installation access control procedures now require identity proofing and vetting for non-U.S. citizens/non-U.S. permanent resident aliens not on official visits. All foreign visitors (not on official visits) must be identity proofed, vetted, and have a visitor pass to gain access to installations. Goodfellow will require the visitor's sponsor to complete a Foreign Visitor Access Request memo a minimum of seven (7) days prior to the visit. Sponsors may request assistance from 17th Security Forces Pass & Registration section at the installation Visitor Control Center, by visiting or calling 325-654-4122.

BASE INPROCESSING FOR PRIOR SERVICE STUDENTS, OFFICER STUDENTS AND PERMANENT PARTY Upon PCS arrival to Goodfellow, your first stop will be the Military Personnel Section, Norma Brown Bluiding, first floor, for base inprocessing. Base inprocessing hours are 9 a.m. - 11 a.m., Monday-Friday. If you arrive at Goodfellow after 11 a.m., you must report to MPS the following duty day. Bring three copies of your PCS orders and military ID.

RESPITE CHILD CARE HELPS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS CHILDREN All eligible active duty Airman with a special needs child may receive up to 12 hours of respite child care per month for each eligible child.
